Ventura Experience Commits to $12.0 Million Minimum Purchase: Volcon's Expansion in The Americas Continues

Ventura Experience Joins Forces with Volcon for South American Distribution

Volcon Inc., the leading all-electric, off-road powersports company, is making significant strides in expanding its presence in the Americas. The company has recently secured a multi-year distribution agreement with Brazilian importer Comfort Industria E Comercio LTDA, also known as Ventura Experience or Ventura. This agreement entails a minimum purchase requirement of $12.0 million over a three-year period, starting in 2023. If the full sales forecast for Brazil is met, the purchase requirement could reach up to $17.2 million. Additionally, the Importer Agreement includes the potential for sales in five other countries, with an additional minimum purchase requirement of up to $3.4 million (or up to $4.8 million if the sales forecast is achieved). However, the expansion into these additional countries is contingent upon obtaining approval from a component supplier to the Stag, a product offered by Volcon, to sell in those markets.

The Importer Agreement is set to renew in 2026 if Ventura meets the sales performance targets outlined in the agreement. Subsequently, it will renew for consecutive two-year periods. Each renewal period will see a 5% increase in the minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise agreed. Volcon aims to leverage the Ventura partnership to extend its dealership network into several countries in South and Latin America by utilizing Ventura’s established distribution network.

Melissa Coffey, Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development at Volcon, expressed enthusiasm about the distribution agreement, stating, “We are thrilled to announce our new distribution agreement with Ventura, which will bring Volcon Electric Vehicles to five new countries in South America. Ventura is an impressive company with a proven track record in the industry, and we look forward to working together to bring sustainable and innovative products to customers throughout the region.” This sentiment was echoed by Cristian Liani, International Sales Manager at Volcon, who highlighted the collaborative opportunities and expressed excitement about the possibilities that lie ahead.

Ventura, with its 40 years of expertise in powersports distribution, is equally excited about the partnership with Volcon. They recognize the significance of sustainable innovation and the importance of creating a cleaner future. Ventura plans to showcase Volcon’s line of products, including the groundbreaking all-electric powersports vehicles, at their upcoming dealer conference in July. As an established leader in the industry, Ventura aims to leverage its commercial headquarters in São Paulo, extensive dealership network, and quadricycle and UTV production facilities to help Volcon expand its dealership network throughout South and Latin America.

Ventura intends to launch the Volcon line of products at their dealer conference in July, where they will reveal the product lineup to attending dealers. This launch marks an exciting development for Ventura, whose current UTV and four-wheel lineup primarily consists of diesel-powered vehicles. They eagerly anticipate offering Volcon’s electric vehicles to their customers and community. Prior to the dealer conference, members from Ventura will visit Volcon’s facilities in Austin for a dealer demo day, further solidifying the partnership.

Volcon, based in the Austin, Texas area, is committed to producing high-quality and sustainable electric vehicles for the outdoor community. Their product lineup includes motorcycles, UTVs, eBikes, and dirt bikes tailored for various demographics and purposes. The Grunt, their flagship product, has been shipping to customers since late 2021, combining a fat-tired physique with high-torque electric power and near-silent operation. Recently, Volcon introduced the Grunt EVO, an upgraded version of the original Grunt, as well as the Runt LT, a compact off-road vehicle suitable for smaller riders or as a pit bike at race events. The company also ventured into the eBike market with the Brat and launched the Volcon Youth Line of dirt bikes catering to younger riders.
